Patented Internal Pressure Bypass Design
The Hayden cooler’s patented internal pressure bypass design allows the transmission to warm up in a similar way to the original heat exchanger.
When the transmission fluid is cold, it flows through the cooler’s internal bypass channel. As the fluid temperature increases, it gradually flows through the cooler. This helps the transmission reach its optimum operating temperature quickly, supporting improved fuel economy and helping reduce friction on internal components.
The integrated bypass valve eliminates the need for external valves and additional installation plumbing.
